Training & enablement

Workshops, a centre of excellence, and coaching for the analysts who take the work over.

Handover is a skill, not a document

Most consultancies leave a wiki. Two months later nobody has opened it, the first production incident is handled by guesswork, and the client concludes they need a support contract.

Training is how you avoid that, and it has to be scoped at the start or it gets cut when deadlines bite.

What we run

Hands-on sessions with the people who will own the work, using your actual repository and your actual incidents rather than a sample project. Typically two weeks, split across the final sprints rather than crammed into the last Friday.

Building a centre of excellence

For larger teams we help set up the standards, review process and internal documentation that let good practice spread without a central bottleneck.

Coaching afterwards

Thirty days of support after handover, included. Most clients use a fraction of it, which is the point — it exists so the team can try things knowing a safety net is there.

What we do

The activities this covers

Discovery

A short, structured look at the systems, people and constraints already in play.

Design

An approach written in plain language, reviewed with your team before anyone writes code.

Delivery

Built in your cloud and your repository, demonstrated weekly against working software.

Validation

Tests and measurement against the success criteria agreed at the start.

Documentation

Runbooks and decision records written during the work, not reconstructed after.

Handover

Training for the people who will own it, scoped from the first week.

Ask a question

No. Most engagements improve what you already run. We only recommend migration when the current platform cannot meet a requirement you have already committed to.
